ABOUT DAVID A. FRALEY, ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

David grew up and went to school in Granville, Ohio. He was a First Team All-Ohio quarterback for the Blue Aces and a standout basketball player. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a minor in Legal Studies in 2017 from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio. David played football and basketball for BW.

David went on to receive his Juris Doctor Degree from Capital University Law School in the Spring of 2020 just as his father, Joe Fraley, and cousin, Josh Fraley, had done before him. While in law school David held an externship for the Honorable Chief Judge, Edmund Sargus jr., a United States District Judge of the Southern District of Ohio.

Upon graduating from law school and passing the Ohio Bar exam in 2020, David began practicing as an associate attorney with the firm. David is also a certified mediator in Ohio and has experience as both a mediator for Columbus Small Claims Court as well as trial experience as a lawyer in Small Claims Court.

David lives in Columbus, Ohio along with his aquatic pet turtle “Einstein”. In his free time, he enjoys basketball and golf.
